Friendly staff, great location I travelled from overseas to attend a conference and chose to stay at this hotel — and I’m so glad I did. The location was ideal, with easy access to the conference venue and local transport links.
The staff were welcoming especially Chris and Nuala and made everything seamless from check-in to departure. My room was super modern, clean, quiet, and perfect for unwinding after long days. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and comfortable workspace. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Dublin for business or events! Emer D X

Excellent Experience We held our end of term teachers’ meeting in one of the hotel’s meeting rooms and everything ran smoothly. The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout. Great venue for corporate events. As a teacher, I give the hotel an exam grade of A+ !

The Sanctuary Bar - Peter the Manager ♥️ In my experience of travel and life in another country, I have never met such a wonderful waiter named Peter. There was absolutely nothing at the Crown Plaza Hotel. The food is indescribably delicious, and Peter deserves the first place in dealing with guests. He is so natural and professional, a full smile and a professional approach to simply become your own with Peter.

I have been going to that restaurant with my friends several times, and sometimes myself and every time I am fascinated by the service provided by a restaurant when Rafi Peter. Thanks for this kind of employee, let the Crown Plaza Hotel know that they are an absolutely right person in the right place for them.

Lovely Hotel Stayed here with my family and it was super! The sanctuary bar had a kids menu which is perfect for the family! Our bedroom was so clean and great to have interconnnecting rooms which is ideal for a larger family. The staff were so accommodating and helpful every step of the way! Located near everything which was so great to have!

Great service from Peter Stopped in for lunch,we were served by an absolute gentleman,Peter was the nicest guy ever and great with kids,made our evening very pleasurable,thanks Peter,food was great but most of all was the service from Peter,5 star service ******

😀 - I stayed at Crowne Plaza Dublin Blanchardstown by IHG for 2 nights on a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. Huge shoutout to Chef Niro, who always had a warm smile and went out of his way to please guests, and to Irene, who ensured the buffet was always fully stocked and that everyone was well taken care of. The thoughtful details—like the fine chocolates left as a welcome gift in the room—were a lovely touch and made the stay feel extra special. Excellent service, great atmosphere—I'll definitely stay here again!

Felt like home! Crowne Plaza hotel in Blanchardstown is truly a gem. I keep choosing this hotel for the welcoming staff and the comfort of the rooms. Gym equipment needs an upgrade.
