Felt like home! Crowne Plaza hotel in Blanchardstown is truly a gem. I keep choosing this hotel for the welcoming staff and the comfort of the rooms. Gym equipment needs an upgrade.

Truly wonderful stay at The Crown Plaza Dublin - Blanchardstown - IHG HOTEL From the moment we entered the hotel the decor was beautiful, the staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely. On entering our room I was blown away by how stunning it was decorated, there was also a personal card and gift welcoming us from the General Manager Agnieszka Lalor which was truly amazing and a another lovely card from Maria a lady from the cleaning team with chocolates for us too. Our bed was super comfortable and pillows were perfect. Breakfast was another level of amazing, food was of a very high quality and tasted fantastic. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Will definitely be staying again. 5 ⭐️ for me !

Goed hotel op goede locatie 😀 - Personeel en eten aan de bar was boven verwachting 😞 - Kamers waren veel te warm, airco kon niet lager dan 19 graden.

Eid party@31st March review On 31st March, we had a Eid gathering at Crown Plaza with about 130 attendees (adults and kids), I wanted to recognise and pass my
huge thanks to the Crown Plaza staff specially Mr. Devang Singh and Ms. Kim for their excellent customer service, hospitality and professionalism.
The food was delicious, mouthwatering much above our expectations.
The sitting arrangements and the overall ambiance were superb.

Devang was available all the time throughout the event to make sure things run smoothly, this gave us a great homely feeling.

From continuous improvement point of view, there is scope for improvement on the sound system for improved experience.

Overall the Eid celebration event was excellent and the Crown Plaza team deserves 9 out of 10 rating 👍👏

Excellent Eid Function We attended a family Eid gathering at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown, and it was a delightful experience. The mic and projectors enhanced the event, and the interior décor added a touch of elegance, making the atmosphere warm and inviting.

The kids had ample space to move around and enjoy themselves, while the food was delicious and well-served. The highlight of the evening was the courteous and attentive staff, especially Floor Manager Devang Singh, who was present throughout, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we truly appreciated the hospitality!

Beautiful hotel & excellent location 😀 - Excellent location near all shops....The Hotel and bedroom was really clean with colourful furnishings. Loved the reception area. TV had so much information on it as well as a good range of TV channels. The Bar was pretty, lots of different seating with a good selection of dishes on the menu. The only criticism/disappointment was that there was no coffee machine, only instant in the bedroom! 😞 - None

Excellent 😀 - I expected the cost of the room to be included with one meal at least visiting for the first time. The room was excellent would have liked a portable radio in the room 😞 - N/A
