Everything about the hotel was fantastic

I just wanted to pop you a quick email to say Thank you! Everything about the hotel was fantastic, from the walkway with the logo and the fish, to the Instagram wall every detail was covered. We had a great team on the day, no task was too much for Slydon and he kept everything running smoothly with the team. Rachel in the bar was fantastic and the volunteers who attended commented on how friendly she was. CEO of Special Olympics Ireland Matt English was commending the hotel on how fabulous it looked – He along with members of the board mentioned how breathtaking the wall is in the redwood suite! All in all, it was a fantastic event and we are extremely grateful for the service we received both on the day and in the lead up from yourself and your team in the Events office

From the moment we came in until the moment we left the service was excellent

Well, what can I say, you can take some of the credit but what a great team you have. Every single member of staff is a credit to you. It’s our first visit since covid kicked in. Upon arrival we were greeted by Elizabeth who immediately came from behind reception and hugged us all. Then by Paul and many other members of staff it felt as though we were royalty. From the moment we came in until the moment we left the service was excellent ,nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. It was really nice to see staff that had left but come back. Jon was his usual fantastic ambassador All front of house is fantastic Darren was wonderful. The chef remembered us it was so good. I couldn’t say anything bad about any member of staff. I haven’t mentioned many members, but they are all great. I have stayed in a few Holidays Inn in my days and you are definitely one of the best . keep up the great work

Service was impeccable
